Any other website enquiries, please contact our Technical Director .
- If you would like to volunteer, all you need to do is come to our office and fill up an online form. Your application will be reviewed by the Office Director and your account will be activated within 48 hours. Volunteer training sessions are held at the beginning of each semester to provide an overview and introduce the other executives and volunteers.

How can I run for an executive position? |
- Elections are held annually by the end of the winter semester to fill the positions for the upcoming year. Please drop by our office for more details on available executive positions.

Why haven't I received my membership card yet? |
- If you submitted your
application form online or through IEEE Carleton before
December, you should receive your card sometime in January. If
you have still not received it by the end of January, try
contacting the IEEE Admission and Advancement Department.
